Hotel looks clean and has friendly reception staff.

I encountered bed bugs during my stay. it was a nightmare. After getting bitten, I asked for help but received no assistance until several hours later. The management was dismissive, causing me distress and extra costs for fumigating my belongings.

Very convenient to Gare du Nord and lively surroundings. polite staff and a good breakfast spread made mornings enjoyable! !

Rooms are small, especially the bathrooms. lack of sufficient hanging space can be quite bothersome.

Shower was small and lacking shelves, but the room was clean and well-decorated.

The views from the balcony were stunning, especially overlooking the Boulevard de Magenta! The lift was a lifesaver for our luggage, and the room was comfy and clean. We were very pleased to leave our bags after checkout to enjoy more of the day.

Perfectly situated with excellent air con. Close to Gare du Nord, yet no traffic noise at night. Clean, modern rooms with a lovely vibe. Great place for a quick stay.

The double room we booked was really spacious, and I loved sipping my coffee on the balcony while enjoying the view. The hotel also has a cozy lounge area for unwinding and a well-stocked breakfast room that made mornings easy. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit more shelf space, but it didn't spoil my stay at all! ☕

I loved the design of Hotel Lena. the Art Deco style really stood out. The room offered a fantastic view, with two balcony windows opening to the lively street. The bed was comfy, making sleep easy after long days of exploring. Air conditioning worked well, helping to keep the room nice and cool. I appreciated the kettle and tea facilities in my room, a lovely bonus. roadworks outside did create some noise, especially with ambulances passing by. It didn’t ruin my stay, but sensitive sleepers might find it bothersome. The size of the bathroom left something to be desired. it felt cramped and could use better shelf space. the breakfast options were a bit limited, and I wish there had been more choices available.

I adored my stay in the single room. The balcony provided amazing views of the Boulevard de Magenta. The breakfast featured high-quality charcuterie and fresh fruit. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, close to major metro stations.
